Deleting Zoom Recordings from the Cloud

Deleting Personal Recordings
Each zoom Paid License comes with 1 GB of storage space for cloud recordings.

If a host wishes to delete a recording from the cloud they may do so on the My Recordings page of the Zoom website.


  1.  Log into the Zoom.US website, if you haven't done so already.
  2.  Click on Recordings under the Personal Menu.
  3.  Select one or more recordings to delete. Tick will appear in the box.
  4.  Click on "Delete Selected" and a pop up dialogue will appear. Confirm by clicking "Yes".




Administrators - Recording Management


Administrators can delete recordings in the cloud for any of the users under their account hierarchy. This may be done from the Recording Management page of the Zoom website.

 

  1.  Log into the Zoom.US website, if you haven't done so already.
  2.  Click on Recordings Management under the Admin / Account Management Menu.
  3.  Select one or more recordings to delete. Tick will appear in the box.
  4.  Click on "Delete Selected" and a pop up dialogue will appear. Confirm by clicking "Yes".




"I can't delete my recordings"


In some instances deleting of recording has been disabled by the account Administrator or Owner. In this case you should contact your Zoom Administrator for assistance.
